If you haven’t heard about “uber for trucking” apps, then you must not work in the truckload logistics world.
But the question still remains – “what will this fix and how?”
So far this year, it appears that some of these companies are starting to realize one simple truth of the industry – we still need a lot of human interaction when it comes to coordinating truck drivers to available freight. Some would even argue that the technology they are selling already exists in the industry and has for years.
